SHIPPING POLICY
Time to Shipping
All effort is made to ship out your order the day it received between 8:00AM and 5:00PM AEST. In the event there is a delay to shipping your order you will be notified immediately via email and provided with an estimated time for when your order will be shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking reference will be provided to you via email. Depending on your country and region, tracking may not be available for all orders.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery date will be provided to you based upon the advice proved by our freight partners. Delivery times are dependant on numerous factors, including but not limited to: country order is being shipped to, local customs and clearance times, freight-forwarding, holidays, weather and other unforeseen events.
Split Deliveries
Quomindo will not split individual orders across different delivery addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Quomindo does not accept returns. Products can not be returned once sold. All sales are final. Any order returned will not be refunded and the purchaser will incur any additional charges accruing from the return to the customer of returned orders. For items to be returned under a warranty claim please see our Terms and Conditions before returning any product.
Exchange
Quomindo does not offer exchanges. Products can not be exchanged once sold. All sales are final.
